Original Martha Josey barrel saddle from 1988. Has real silver accents! About a 14.5” seat with a 7” gullet. Tree is solid and sound. It’s too wide for my horse, otherwise I’d be keeping it!
This is a fixer-upper with good bones:
• Fleece needs to be replaced
• One fender has a crack that was reinforced by previous owner
• Some split leather on the stirrups
• Rawhide on the horn is coming loose
With a little TLC, this would be a great saddle to ride in again.
