The Theatre Royal has recently started work on new film projects.  These are non-profit making ventures to explore the medium of film and utilise local volunteers to pull together original pieces of film and tv for presentation on social media and internet based viewers.  Film production presents many opportunities for volunteering, including:

  • Make up
  • Costume
  • Design
  • Sound
  • Editing
  • Acting
  • Writing
  • Camera work
  • Location filming

The first production will be entitled, “Definitive Therapy” a short drama feature about a doctor corrupted by a sinister patient in a Home for the Criminally Insane.  Filming will take place in the early part of 2017 and volunteers are being sought to get involved.
